The Woodbridge Invitational is Friday 9/17 at the Silverlakes Sports Complex. It is a VERY flat and fast course, so it’s time to get some PRs!

The bus will leave SAMO at 1pm and return very late. Around 11:30pm. Parents may take their child home earlier after they cool down as long as they check in with Coach Fischer.

We will be running in the RED division. (Varsity is Red B) Anyone who runs slower than 24min will run Novice.
