When? 9:00 AM.
Where? The grassy median at the intersection of San Vicente Blvd and 7th St. Athletes will warm up all together, start at 7th / San Vicente, run on the median to 26th / San Vicente, and finish back at 7th / San Vicente for a total of three miles.
Who? All XC athletes! If you have already qualified, we encourage you to attend to cheer on your teammates and get a workout in.
Note: Volunteers and coaches will be supplying coolers, ice, and waters/Gatorade.
