We had a great day at CIF Prelims, where 5 of our athletes competed!
Tristan Amell started us out with a 3rd place finish in his heat of the 1600 with a time of 4:23. It was not enough to move on. He then came back in the 3200 and ran a great 9:21 to advance to CIF Finals!
Gus Reyman ran an incredible 400 PR of 50.77!
In the Triple Jump, Jasmine Sofowora jumped 34-10.5, just 1/2 inch off her lifetime best. She finished in 11th place and is the 2nd Alternate for CIF Finals
Jordan Miller ran a lifetime best of 22.56 in the 200
In his 200, Robert Williams ran 23.20
The very tired quartet of Gus Reyman, Jordan Miller, Tristan Amell and Robert Williams ended the day running out of their minds to a Seasons Best time of 3:25.03 in the 4×4 and will be going to CIF Finals!!
We will be back in action at CIF Finals Saturday 6/12 at Trabuco Hills High School!
