GREAT SUCCESS AT CIF FINALS

Phoebe Benun (seen here staring down the 5min barrier) started things off with a school record in the 1600. She ran a HUGE PR of 4:56.69, finally getting that elusive sub 5min mile!

Not to be outdone, Reign Snowden threw the shot put 39’07, a full 7 inches further than her lifetime best (which she threw last week to qualify for Finals). She finished in 2nd place for Division 1!

Both Reign, Phoebe, and the rest of our girls 4×8 relay team will be in action at the CIF Masters Meet on Saturday competing for a chance to represent Santa Monica at the STATE MEET.
