We had a great day at the tough PV course! Freshman were introduced to Agony hill, and almost everyone who had run it before ran a big PR!
Even our Fall Track kids got in on the action….and they SEEMED to have had fun???
We had a lot of movement on our Top 10 list as well! Colin McCormick grabbed the 7th spot on the boys side and on the girls side we had 3 girls make the list! Francesca Whited and Hawene Alomayehu got the 6th and 7th and Phoebe Benun grabbed the #2 spot all time for us on the course! Not only did her 12:29 win her the day, but it places her top 30 ALL TIME for the course. That’s out of any school…ever.
Coming up this week….Wednesday is no school…run on your own. This weekend, the Varsity top 7 will travel down to Carlsbad for a race while everyone else has a well deserved off weekend!
