We have a busy weekend ahead! Friday night is our girls 4×8 at Mt Sac and Frosh/Soph at South Bay. Then Saturday we have a thrower and 4×2 at Mt Sac and our Varsity at South Bay. Wonder if you’re competing? You should know by now! Still wondering? Check the heat sheets for your name!
There is no bus to any of these meets. Athletes must get there on their own

100m Athlete List – all 100m runners will check in AS SOON as they get to the meet, then they will seed the race with who is there and has checked in.
