Everyone will enter campus via the 4th St. Gate beginning at 7:30 and will need to fill out a Covid screening via bchdcovidscreen.org. There is a link to the site via q-code at the entrance. Additionally, they will have a temperature check with security prior to entering campus. Masks are required at all times on campus. THE MEET WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 8:30 WITH THE GIRLS 4×1.
Santa Monica campus is closed for parking. Anyone who is coming to the meet will need to park in the Civic Center lot on 4th street or on the street. There is some street parking on 4th street south of Pico. If dropping off, please do so near the 4th street entrance.
We have very limited space at the track so we are discouraging spectators at the event. If a household member needs to attend, they will be allowed onto campus but will not be allowed into the track area. They need to stay on the blacktop area near the first turn. Seating is not available. They may bring a lawn chair if they like and must maintain distance.
Teams will be allowed to set up on the infield. Each team will be assigned an area upon arrival and may set up in the middle of the field with a minimum of 20 yards between each team area. They may also warm up on the west side of the infield. Please keep the finish line side clear for check-in.
We will check-in at the finish line and run full heats. In distance races, we will utilize an alley and one-turn stagger and a three-turn stagger for the 4×4.
Please bring your own baton and shot.
Athletes may compete without a mask but must wear it at all other times.
Hand sanitizer will be available at check in, start line, and field events. Please bring some extra for your team to use.
