LEAGUE PRELIMS and FIELD EVENT FINALS – Monday 4/22

Heat Sheets will be posted when available

The meet will be at Mira Costa High School.

It will begin at 12:00 for Field Events and 1pm for track events.

All Field events will be Finals. For Prelim races, the top 9 for laned events, top 12 for 800 and top 16 for 1600 will qualify to Thursday’s Final.

A van will leave SAMO at 10am with Field Event athletes. 2 buses will leave at 11am. There will be 1 bus returning to SAMO at the end of the meet.

The race winners will qualify for CIF as well and 2nd and 3rd if they hit the qualifying standard

FRIDAY will be the FROSH/SOPH meet beginning at 4:30 with field events and open 100 heats. The main meet will begin at 5pm.

Bus will leave SAMO at 1:15.

SATURDAY MORNING will be the Throws events and slower heats of Varsity and F/S miles beginning at 10am.

SATURDAY NIGHT will be the VARSITY MEET beginning at 5pm with Field Events and open 100 heats. The Main meet will begin at 6pm

We have 2 meets going on this weekend. Those participating have already been notified.

At Arcadia, our Boys Sprint Medley will be competing Friday at 6:30pm in the Invitational heat and Spencer will run the 400 on Saturday.
